At MOZA Racing, we stand by the quality of our sim racing hardware and offer a 30-day return window for products in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our dedicated support team is here to assist you with a seamless exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via the MOZA Help Center or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Gear
Carefully repackage your MOZA equipment in its original factory packaging, ensuring all cables, mounting hardware, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of your package and ship the item back to our designated regional service center using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
